Mrs. Misshel - (Director):
Meet Mrs. Misshel. She is the director at St. Mark Christian Preschool. She was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana and moved to Palm Coast in 2015 with her husband, daughter, cats, and dog. She has a son, soon to be daughter-in-law, and grand dog still in Indiana. Misshel has been in childcare for over 25 years. She has taught kindergarten, VPK, been an assistant director, a center director, and owned her own childcare for over 13 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Director’s Credentials with VPK certificate, and is a current CPR and first aid certification.

Mrs. Barrow – (VPK B Teacher)
Meet Mrs. Jerri Barrow. Mrs. Barrow has been teaching for over 35 years. She taught in New York for 14 years and in Florida for the past 20+ years. She has a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and is certified to teach in the state of Florida. She enjoys baking and spending time with her 2 grandsons. She has a current CPR and First Aid certificate and exceeds in required training hours per year.

Ms. Yaritza - (3 year-old Teacher)
Meet Ms. Yaritza. She was born in New York and relocated to Puerto Rico when she was 11. She then moved to Palm Coast in 2014, where she resides with her fiancé and they are raising a beautiful 1-year old baby girl. She has earned her NECEA and Director’s Credentials. Yary is currently working on her Master’s Degree in Elementary Education. She has always known that her profession would be as a teacher because of her love of children.

Ms.Tara Lynn - (1 year-old Teacher)
Meet Mrs. Tara. She went to a Catholic School and has been married for over 21 years. Her and her husband (Shawn) have 7 children. She has a love of children and animals. She has 3 dogs and loves to go horseback riding. She has been in childcare since 2009. She has her CDA and is current in her CPR and First Aid certifications. She enjoys watching children grow and caring for them as they were her own.

Ms. Sarina - (Preschool Teacher)
Meet Ms. Sarina. She has been in childcare since the late 80’s. She started at the Community Center and then proceeded to assist in the start of a christian childcare center in Pine Lakes. She enjoys all age groups as there is something amazing and fun at each stage of development. Sarina has raised a beautiful daughter and is a glam glam to a grandson and granddaughter. Sarina has earned her CDA and is current in her CPR and First Aid certificates.

Ms Nicole - (2 year-old Teacher)
Meet Ms. Nikki. She was born in New Jersey and moved to Florida in 1998, then moved to Hawaii in 2006. She has ran an in-home daycare for 3 years and also became a nurse. She has 4 children, 3 girls and 1 boy ages 4-15. She is currently enrolled in CDA classes to continue her training.

Ms. Ally - (Assistant VPK Teacher)
Allyson is a senior at Matanzas High School and is dual enrolled at Daytona State College. She is completing her college pre-requisites to enroll in a sonography program. She was a cheerleader until joining the Band of Pirates percussion line. She also enjoys playing in the advanced Blue Steel band.

Ms. Lynn - (Assistant 1 year-old Teacher)
Lynn's full-time job is working for DCF. She just finished her CDA training and is transitioning into classes to earn her Director's Credentials. She has over 30 years experience in childcare. She has 3 children of her own. She works with us in the afternoons.
